UK: Bronx Warriors Trilogy from Shameless in November

In November 2009 Shameless will issue the Bronx Warriors Trilogy on DVD. What you're getting is Enzo G. Castellari's Post Apocalyptic Collection, available as one set for the very first time. The DVD set, which comes in a tin, will include:

1. 1990: The Bronx Warriors (1990: I guerrieri del Bronx, 1982)
2. The New Barbarians (I nuovi barbari, 1983)
3. Escape from the Bronx (Fuga dal Bronx, 1983)

There is no R1 of Escape from the Bronx.

£18 for three films in collectible packaging isn't the sort of price to inspire people to wait for the price to come down, IMO.

Get it straight away if you can. Companies like Shameless need supporting, otherwise they won't continue to release this sort of things any more...

You're correct about supporting the likes of Shameless, Comp, it's just mildly irritating when Play drop the price about 10 minutes after you buy it..."Embodiment Of Evil" was £6.99 a week after release!

I'll definately be up for that, we do need to support Shameless mind, i mean who else is releasing this stuff. Late Night Trains aka: Night Train Murders is a brill release.

Great advice this and i couldn't agree more.

Just look at how collectable some of the ABUK and HKL titles are now.
Highly sought after these days and i'm glad i bought 'em when they were first released.

I've pre-ordered a copy of the BW trilogy tin previously and it's money well spent for what you get imo. God forbid but if Shameless ever do take a nosedive then just think of how collectable the above collection will become.

I've deleted my last post. Seems there's been a huge misunderstanding and I sincerely apologise for any upset it may have caused, Shameless and Arrow (and Cult Labs the forum) are companies I have the utmost respect for and who I've supported from day one. My comment wasn't intended to slight anyone from within the company who have worked hard to bring us the releases (and discussion) of cult films we all know and love. It won't happen again.
