    Is twins totally uncut though?

I am sure that one or two have mentioned Twins of Evil saying that there are milliseconds of nudity missing and the Widescreen framing cuts a smidgeon off the nakedness,or I was imagining it.
Anyway up,all three are decent transfers and I was happy when I bought it for £20 quid when it first came out,and now its cheaper.

    Twins of Evil

There have been rumours Chris but as no one else has released it (?) so its hard to compare......

Anyway its dirt cheap Zanner and you also get the (quite boring imo but its Hammer and has got Ingrid Pitt and Nigel Green) 'Countess Dracula' and the far more interesting 'Vampire Circus'. 'Twins of Evil' is a great movie though.
    Buy it!

I was surprised at how good Countess Dracula was, to be honest. This box set was down as low as 12 quid for these three brilliant films, and only one of them (Countess Dracula) has an R1 release even to this day (although it is paired with the very good Vampire Lovers which beats out the R2 of that one.)

That's weird, I can't find it on any dvd sites, maybe it's been deleted.

You'll probably have to do a bit of browsing in dvd shops or have a look on ebay.

There's one on ebay now ending tomorrow which is currently on £2.00

It's only the Twins of Evil disc though.

The Vampire Collection is worth every penny. All the prints are very good and Twins Of Evil is by far the best of the Karnstein trilogy of films.Carlton should have waited for a bit & put Dr Jekyll & Sister Hyde in the other horror collection set instead of Monster( I Don't Want To Be Born). The set is worth getting though for Hands Of The Ripper which was one of the best horror films Hammer ever made. The Uncanny is enjoyable enough though some of the effects work is abysmal.Donald Pleasance is entertaining in his story.

Dr Jekyll and sister hyde has a seperate release and its £4.99 on Play which is annoying as I bought the region 1 a while ago.
Call me sad but I have the vampire set ,the region 1 countess/vampire lovers and the region 2 vampire lovers which I obviously bought first as I wouldn't have bothered.
countess Dracula is better in the R2 box set than the mgm,but Vampire lovers is better on the R1 double bill as its widescreen and has second or two more of Ingrid in the bath.Which I think I will check out.

I knew about the UK Sister Hyde release, cheers Christats.I had already bought the US Anchor Bay release too.Would have made the second Carlton Box set a worthier purchase if it had been in that.Though as I have said I bought it for Hands Of The Ripper anyway.
