I was wondering which of the 2 lists of films you think is better overall i.e. which one you prefer.

Video Nasties (All 72)

or

DPP Section 3 (All 80)

Wow, never thought I'd hear that question. Personally, I prefer the original VN list, as it has all the films on it as they were before the DPP Section 3 situation. I mean the non-prosecuted films included the following, which contains some classics. Oh, and Revenge of the Bogeyman...

Well, i didn't. Some of them are fucking awful films. I have more of the original 39, so that's what i can refer to. It is a rather odd query you have to admit, remember that it was a scattergun approach, they picked titles that were similar to "infamous" ones etc. Not an aesthetic "grouping" like Giallo etc.

That reminds me, I haven't watched DEAD & BURIED for a while. Have the 'in a tin box' version with extras.

KILLER NUN, cripes, that sounds like fun, never head of it til now though.

I've got the Blue Underground bells 'n' whistles version of Dead and Buried. I still haven't bloody watched it, though!!!

I've never heard of the DPP Section 3 films list, although it contains some classics that I love. Does that make me a bad film lover?
