    The Raid (Indonesia , dir: Gareth Evans 2011)

    Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, tried a forum search and couldn't find anything about The Raid , rumoured to be the most ass kicking action movie in years from Welsh director Gareth Evans (Merantau , Footsteps) . UK cinema release starts on May 18th , more info here

    Evans' next project apparently announced as Breaking the Bank , former Darren Aronofsky project for Universal. Good for him !

    Some breathtaking sequences.....will be intrigued if he can pull of this sequel he mentioned on R5 etc....
