Sometimes I hate the fact that I don't live near London anymore. Saw many great, cult films at the Prince Charles.

Well the company that sent out the print to the cinema - sent out the wrong film !!!

The lights went down & then the film 'Schizoid' - started playing

After the laughter died down- the organiser took a vote & showed 'Lizard' from dvd / blu ray (not sure which) instead.

A fairly packed screening downstairs - and it's great to see a film like this with a crowd, due to the constant laughter at the cheesy dialogue.

Aye that sounds great BUT, i hear that Dundead are showing Inferno shortly (05/04?) and sadly i can't make that (skint) but as i have a special place for this film, wouldn't want it "ruined" by, shall we say civillians sniggering (as they did during Tenebrae, harumph). i fully expect this during Demons etc, as it's Demons fer chrissakes, but i dont personally think that LIAWS is cheesy at all. but then im a humorless cunt as it is

I'm wary of going to see classic movies I love with others; during the 90s, went to the University of Kent to see four Dario Argento films on the big screen and at times, there were hoots of derision and scoffing from snobby media studies students. I recall that they found particular exception to (and sniggered at) Mimsy Farmer saying "I'm scared" in Four Flies.
