Can anyone name any non-porn film with inserted porn by another country that wasn't shot for the film e.g. The French Version of 99 Women and The Dutch release of Nude for Satan

Supposedly h/c inserts were added to Night of the Big Heat, The Oblong Box and Death Trap (the Tobe Hooper one) at various points over the years. I don’t think these versions have ever made it to VHS or DVD though.
