There's a German Blu release on 28th September, Das Haus Der Langen Schatten from Koch Media. (Bit of an amusing translation.)
No reviews as yet, so no indication of quality. Possibly no extras. ?
Someone at Roobarbs forum who has the UK disc has said that it looks a bit washed out and dark. Still not perfect but surely better than the old VHS and the MGM on demand US disc. ?

It is a bit dark, but I think that might be the film itself... I seem to recall the VHS version was virtually unwatchable.
