I'm after a new multiregional DVD player, but am wondering about something. Is there any difference between one that has PAL Progressive Scan and one that Upscales? Also, if I have NTSC R1 DVD's, will that be a problem? I say this because of the PAL PS mode: surely it will only output PAL and not NTSC?
