It's one of the members of the Pre-Cert forum destroying a tape.

The story behind it goes something like... The tape was up for sale and nobody bought it so he promised to destroy it on film for all to see.

Along those lines anyway.

Only just noticed this.

It was auctioned off on the site to be destroyed if i remember correctly.
