Saw a preview of Heartless the other week (can't say how) but trust me, it's very, very much worth your time, especially if you liked Philip Ridley's previous two films. Watch that and skip Descent 2
Would love to see I Sell The Dead, House Of The Devil, Pontypool, I Think We're Alone Now, Trick R Treat and of course the Beware The Moon/American Werewolf double bill, alas I can't really afford any of it.
Well, since I couldn't afford to go, I decided to sign up as a volunteer instead!Now I just need to find a place in London to crash for six days...
Anyone else going? Nay?
Cool podcast interview with Mr Jones here, talking about the line-up:

I'm just amazed that this thread has been active for about six weeks and nobody has complained about it:
a) being too expensive, or
b) being in That London;
...as usual. Yet.
I've been hearing great stuff about "Heartless". By many accounts it's the best UK-set horror film of the last decade. I know - aren't they all? But when you're talking about the long-awaited new film from the director of "The Reflecting Skin" and "The Passion Of Darkly Noon", it does start to sound exciting.
I can't make FrightFest, but am keen to hear people's thoughts on this film in particular. Roll on next February, when it's pencilled in for a UK release.
