amazon and play links

If you view the POST REPLY form (not the quick reply form below) you'll notice I've been busy and have added three new icons to the right: amazon UK / amazon USA and play.

When adding links to items on amazon simply paste the ten digit ASIN number and the link will auto complete.

When adding links to items on Play you need to copy and paste the entire play.com url in order for the link to work correctly.


If anybody has any questions please ask. Feel free to try them out in this thread!

OK, I'm probably not doing this right. When I take the ASIN number from the Amazon URL and hit the wrap button, I eventually get a link stating 'amazon.co.uk' which shows a picture with information about an item when you hold the mouse over the link. I thought you were supposed to get a picture of said item which gave more information when you hold the mouse over it.

Wher am I going wrong?

I tried a few days ago & couldn't get it to work, just had another go now and it's not directing the link to the site. Marc what am I doing wrong?
