The first 'Devil in Miss Jones' is an essential watch for anyone with an interest in cinema, not just the 'five finger shuffle' brigade-the idea of making a piece of philosophical existential pornography is so bizarre, but it really works...this is an ideas film as well as pornography, with the film actually including stretches that are just dialogue based. I think Georgina Spelvin could actually act in the legitimate sense as well - a great soundtrack and unexpectedly downbeat ending as well...

And by the time I finally get round to watching Roger Watkins' 'Corruption' , I'll probably add it to the classics list as well. I've got a few 70s and 80s pornos , but always get put off watching them by the fact that they're porn (??!! usually, it'd be the thing making me watch ! ) - example, I just did the commentary and Georgina Spelvin interview on the Raincoat DMJ disc (bloody amazing, although Georgina bears an uncanny resemblance to my boss which is a bit unnerving ..) , but I've had it for a year .. funny since they always turn out at least ok as films if not impressing me completely !

I haven't seen that myself yet, but I bet it's going to be a load of crap (if you know what I mean and I think that you do).

I don't go a bundle on that list, personally. I've got Debbie Does Dallas and Insatiable lying around, but I've never been keen to watch them. I've heard that the birds in DDD are pretty rough, which is hardly an incentive to get out the Kleenex. I thought The Opening of Misty Beethoven was ok, but I haven't been in a mad rush to revisit it. I gave up on Cafe Flesh after about ten minutes, as it was actually beginning to annoy me (trying just that little bit too hard to be a cult movie).

I tend to go more for shows such as Devil's Ecstasy, The Devil Inside Her and Hardgore. I think that these would have still entertained me, even without any pornographic elements, daft though that sounds.
