Having watched the movie,I trying to work out how he gets blasted by a shotgun,as the only scene I have seen is he gets shot by a shotgun against a door so where is the head blast supposed to fit in ?

I have seen a photograph of a very detailed and realistic fake Burt Young head, with it's mouth open and eyebrows raised in a 'i'm about to have my head blasted apart by a shotgun' type expression. That's a fact. . . Apart from that, who knows? It's all speculation. Of course the people involved in the production know, and I think they should tell us.
