    BLOOD FLOOD:3 movie set.

Any of you folks got this release from retromedia?
Basically i wanna know if grave of the vampire is uncut.I know they had probs with some of the first releases,as the sound was out of synch on gotv, but retromedia have reissued this set,and the sound is now fine.
    Anyone got any info?

I remember that both the pre-certs were cut slightly differently. One had some dialogue missing and one had some gore missing - I'm sure Marc would be able to help with some info here.

I've got Grave of the Vampire from the new Blood Flood reissue and it's definitely the best available version yet, widescreen with a good picture if a bit contrasty with artefacting, I would recommend it.

I think one of the scenes that used to be censored is the mother cutting her own breast to feed the baby, that scene seems to be uncut in this version.

It looks like I'll have a factory sealed copy of Guru The Mad Monk up for trade then when I get home though I might just offer it to Jack Smith, especially as he only lives up the road from me, saves on postage innit, god I sound like a Scotchman now "ooooh gotta save me pennies"

I never thought Grave of The Vampire would ever get a decent release, the Vipco edition looked as rough as a*seholes!
That Blood Flood set is a must have, cheers for the heads up tall one.

Needless to say I would certainly take you up on that offer as I always have time in my life for a sh*tty Andy Milligan film and this one has been on my ever expanding wish list for some time. Let me know how much you want for it and we'll sort it out. Cheers mate!

It's definitely a good picture, but I'm not convinced its a genuine widescreen release, as the picture is cropped top and bottom... and not very well at times.
