    Your favourite DVD/VIDEO/LASERDISC COVER?

I was wondering what everyone's favourite film covers are?

Here are a few of mine:

    1. Blood Feast, VHS Pre-Cert Astra Video, brilliant artwork.

    2. Scream Greats, Tom Savini, Paramont NTSC Laserdisc and Australian Roadshow Home Video, they Don't come much better than this.

    3. Evilspeak, VHS Videospace Pre-Cert, great cartoonish ariel view of Clint Howard at his computer.

    4. Dawn of the Dead, Intervision Pre-Cert and also very similar to the recent Anchor Bay UK Trilogy of the Dead.

    5. Halloween, Anchor Bay UK, Holographic cover, Brilliant.

I also love most of the old Media Home Video Pre-Cert Covers.

Hello bachmann, I love all of those that you have mentioned too.

I forgot about the Anchor Bay R1 tins, these truly are superb, Evil Dead 2 in particular. I also love the embossed Freddy(Elm Street) boxset.

Just one more to add, the R1 Alien boxset, another beautifull embossed boxset

Yes the new TCM cover looks great, The R1 Pioneer release also has great cover art.

A point of interest is that the new TCM release includes TCM:the shocking truth documentary. Oh well I suppose I'll have to buy this one as we'll to add to my four other copies.

Yeah it was, but the box was an absolute nightmare to open, every time you opened it the disc and mock pick axe fell out.

I must admit that it looked the part

Thanks for that bachmann, just checked out the 9 disk edition, it looks amazing

Thanks for all of your replies, it's nice to know that someone else appreciates cover art as much as I do, the cover art contributes no end to making DVD "SPECIAL EDITIONS" really special

DAWN OF THE DEAD UK COVER!!!

I love this pic (much better than the rehashed version for the box set!).

Most of the INTERVISION covers I like. There's just something about them, you know!?

    The Beyond tin is cool.

    LEGEND, DOGMA SP.ED, DOGTOWN (!) dvd's

HALOWEEN, EVIL DEAD BOX SET & ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK Laserdiscs.

But the DOTD cover is the best (but then I am bias to this film!! )

    The Howling (Embassy)
    Evilspeak (Videospace)

    Zombie Flesh-Eaters (Vipco)
    Phantasm (VCL)
