The Arts Magic DVD is anamorphic and a decent transfer - don't forget the sequel - Sure Death Revenge! (Fukasaku/Chiba!)

They're spin-offs from a TV show, I think there were about six in all. Kind of like an edo-era the A-Team (well...maybe that's stretching it a bit!) People hire these assassins to knock off shady characters for various reasons, and each of them have a speciality based on their trade. I really enjoyed them both.

It kind of makes me about all those great Sonny Chiba titles that BCI were releasing before they shut up shop. I can't help but wonder what other delights they would have brought out, but what can you do?
