I order quite a lot from Play, and I've always had items turn up in individual packages. Amazon sometimes bundle things together if you've ordered a few things at once, but I've never known Play to do this.

I looked over my play order history the other day and had somehwere approaching 300 purchases over a number of years (and that's just since the uk/usa site split). In all that time I've never had 2 items packaged together, always been individual parcels and as Claire says, sometimes simultaneous orders don't always arrive on the same day but I've always been impressed with the service from play.

A little patience always pays off coffindaz, I learned that long ago. I took it back yesterday to the same store, told them it was a Christmas present and I didn't have the receipt because I didn't want my wife to know there was a problem with the gift she'd bought me.
