Does anyone know if there is a DVD release planned for the re-issue print which was screened last Halloween around the country. I was hoping that the BFI would issue it but no sight so far

The rights to this rest with Warner not the BFI (the BFI used the Warner print, cleaned it up and then stuck the British title onto it for the cinema release for which I think they needed Warners permission) so its up to them. There has been pressure for them to revisit their previous release as the matting was too sharp but no sing of anything to date.
