New line are releasing all 4 Critters films on DVD in august in widescreen.
Does that mean that Entertainment in Video will be releasing them over here too or are they caught up in a rights mess ala Nighmare on elm street series.
They hold a soft spot to me as they are so funny.

There seems to be a foreign special edition boxset of the critters quadrilogy that has a furry design :D
Check it out: http://www.xpress.hu/dvd/film.asp?FILMAZ=5293&VID=066-859051728-43654429192558372
Is this available via understandable websites?

Can't the ordinary box be left in a damp room for years,to grow its own fur.?
Nice box,but I do have them.

That's probably the way they manufacture these :D
I don't own the quadrilogy yet, I've been postponing buying them because honestly there are better movies out there. But this special edition is tempting!

If this set ever gets released in USA or UK then you can count me in for a copy, that furry Critter would sit very nicely on my shelves.
I really should start growing out of this fancy packaging thing I have. Afterall it's still the same films inside :o

Me I can't stand fancy packaging, the rereleased Star Trek The Next Generation DVD sets are the best packaging to me, 6 discs inside 3 mini keep-cases excellent small compact packaging.
And all films should be the same, in slimline cases (but maybe a little sturdier.)
