The premise is that a group of reality TV contestants must stay at a former prison camp (seemingly based on a Khymer Rouge death camp - hence the 'controversy') where hundreds of people were tortured and killed on the anniversary of a notorious massacre. With that set up in mind both my better half and myself thought we were all set for a decent bit of horror.
...unfortunately the film just seems to go through the motions and scenes which should be chilling instead merely seem cold and flat plus there were moments when we both felt that perhaps something was being lost in translation.
Overall very disappointing.
